Information may be registered and stored when you register on securehorsewelfare.no, when you contact our sales or support team via email, chat, or when using our services.
Where do we store your information, and with whom do we share it?
Our website is provided by Artworx AS, and data is stored in our private server park in Norway.
Communication via Email and SMS
As a customer, you may receive emails and SMS messages related to your customer relationship. This is defined as legitimate interest and does not require consent.
We also use email for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will periodically receive newsletters, provided you have given explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Access and Correction
You have the right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending a request to ms@securehorsewelfare.com*. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Retention and Deletion
